Rentacomputer.com's Summer Smartwatch Giveaway

Rentacomputer.com is currently giving away a new Sony Smartwatch to one lucky winner who enters the sweepstakes. The Sony Smartwatch is a new Sony mobile device that is wearable, and allows you to sync it with your other mobile devices or apps for quick and easy access while on the go.

You may be thinking to yourself, "I already have a smartphone, an iPod, and a tablet, how is one more device going to simplify my life rather than simply complicate it more?" The Smartwatch isn't just 'one more device in the arsenal' to keep track of, it is itself a device designed for synchronization and control of other devices; a kind of 'metadevice' if you will. Some of the things you can do with a Smartwatch include:

Music
With the Smartwatch you can listen to your favorite music with an onscreen control, along with track information.

Bluetooth & Call Monitoring
You can sync the Smartwatch with any wireless Bluetooth device, and you can reject or mute calls with a simple touch.

Social Media
You can even stay connected to the Twitterverse and Facebook! Read and compose tweets while in transit, or update your Facebook status on the fly.

The Sony Smartwatch can make juggling between your apps and devices even simpler, and you can win one from Rentacomputer.com's Summer Smartwatch Giveaway. Just click here to enter.

Make Your Event More Professional with a Lectern or Podium Rental

I bet you thought Rentacomputer.com only offered up technology rentals, didn't you? Well, so did I, until I discovered Lectern and Podium Rentals while browsing the huge list of rental options available from Rentacomputer.com. But then I thought to myself, "Why would somebody need to rent a podium or a lectern?" Surprisingly, there are lots of reasons why a lectern or podium rental could help you out with your next conference or large group meeting.

Podiums and lecterns make for fantastic presentation pieces, especially if you are giving a speech, have a lot of papers or notes, or if you are using a laptop, projector or microphone. In addition to that, a podium rental can be great for a conference or meeting as they allow you to organize all of your materials for your presentation onto one stand.

What's great about a podium or lectern rental from Rentacomputer.com is that there are a ton of different styles to choose from. Podium and lectern rentals from Rentacomputer.com come in a variety of shapes, sizes and styles, so it is important to get the proper dimensions that will work best for you and your presentation. Rentacomputer.com has podiums and lecterns on wheels in case you need to move them from room to room, large, solid ones that are perfect for projectors or laptops to sit on or even stylish ones that go great with awards ceremonies or fancy events.

What's even better are the ones that have special integrated features. Some podium and lectern rentals come with integrated wireless microphones, which helps eliminate the clutter and need for a separate one. There are even multipurpose ones that come with connections for laptops and projectors, which saves you a lot of time during setup, and some even come with keyboard trays, shelves, pencil trays, wrist supports and the ability to tilt and roll, meaning no matter what your situation is, there is a podium or lectern to fit it.

I know podium and lectern rentals may not be the first thing you think of when renting for an event, conference, convention or meeting, but they could be just thing to make whatever you are doing seem fancier or more professional which, as you probably already know, can make all the difference when trying to win over an audience or impress some of your company's higher-ups.

3D Projector Rentals

Hosting the next family reunion? Having trouble coming up with fun things to do? Tired of playing cornhole and watching your uncles throw water balloons at little kids? Why not spice things up with a 3D Projector Rental from Rentacomputer.com? A 3D projector rental allows you to have a high-tech projector capable of letting you watch movies in amazing 3D, just as if you were at the movies!

A 3D projector could help make your product presentation at a trade show even more spectacular or make your family movie nights more enjoyable.

In order to have the full 3D experience, you not only need a 3D projector but also a 3D computer-rendered video/graphic or a stereoscopic recording. In addition to that, a polarization-preserving screen is required as it helps maintain the light polarization upon reflection. Thankfully, Rentacomputer also rents 3D silver screens as well as computers equipped with 3D graphics cards to make sure you have everything you need for your next 3D presentation or movie night.

Tablet PC Rentals

Tablet PCs are known for their high mobility as well as their thin frame and light weight, which makes them perfect for traveling or on-the-go business professionals. However, there really isn't a need to own both a laptop and a tablet PC, which makes it all the more inconvenient when you don't want to lug around your laptop everywhere you go. That's why Rentacomputer.com offers a full line of Tablet PC Rentals. A Tablet PC Rental allows you to keep track of all your important information while also staying connected to the internet.

There are a few things you should definitely consider when renting a Tablet PC. One thing is that you should also consider renting a tablet that is 3G capable. 3G capable tablets allow you to connect to the internet no matter where you are without a WiFi connection. If you are going to use your tablet in hazardous or demanding environments, then you should also check out Rentacomputer.com's Rugged Tablet Rentals.

Slate Tablet Computers are also essential pieces of equipment that are virtually the same as a Tablet PC without the physical keyboard. This just means that you have to use the touchscreen keyboard instead, though almost all slate tablets come with the ability to add a keyboard to them. Apple's iPad is definitely the most popular slate tablet on the market, though other companies, like Samsung and Asus, also have some pretty remarkable devices as well.

And if a Tablet PC doesn't do it for you and neither does a slate, you can always go with a convertible. Convertible Tablet Computers are very similar to laptops, though they have the ability to switch between laptop mode and tablet mode. The screen is touchscreen and you can also manipulate it to fold it down to create a tablet or fold it up to create a laptop.

No matter what you want or need, whether it be a tablet PC, slate or convertible, Rentacomputer.com has it. Not only does a Tablet PC Rental from Rentacomputer.com guarantee you the latest technology available but you also get local delivery and installation anywhere in the country with all the logistics handled by Rentacomputer.com. So the next time you need a Tablet PC, slate or convertible, or you think one would just be convenient to have, consider a Tablet PC Rental from Rentacomputer.com.

MacBook Pro Rentals

Rentacomputer.com offers a lot in the way of computer and laptop rentals. With everything from full-size laptops to netbooks and even tablet rentals, there is nothing you can't rent. However, if you truly don't know what you want, consider going with an Apple MacBook Pro Rental. MacBook Pro rentals are some of the most popular laptop rentals that Rentacomputer.com has to offer, and with good reason.

The Apple MacBook Pro is one of the most popular netbooks on the market right now. They are lightweight, portable, sleek and powerful machines that are capable of handling nearly anything you throw at them. Apple has a long history of making top-notch products and these laptops are definitely a testament to that fact.

Rentacomputer.com offers a plethora of both MacBook Pro rentals as well as new MacBook Air rentals, each of which can be customized to your exact specifications. There are three different sizes of each device. Both the MacBook Pro and MacBook Air come in 13", 15" and 17" varieties, each offering a little something special for your portable computing needs.

One of the biggest features on both the MacBook Pro and MacBook Air is the battery life. One of the biggest concerns with mobile consumers is battery life. People want to make sure that whatever they will be taking on the road with them will be able to stay powered long enough so that they will not have to lug around a power cable with them wherever they go. Apple's MacBook Pro and MacBook Air both feature an advanced built-in battery that lasts hours longer than standard laptops on a single charge, allowing you to stay at work longer while on the road.

In addition to that, these devices feature high-performance NVIDIA graphics combined with a vivid LED-backlit display to give you excellent viewing conditions under any circumstances. And while these graphics aren't really designed for hardcore applications like gaming, they are more than capable of allowing you to watch videos or movies while on the road.

So, the next time you are in need of a high-class laptop on a temporary basis, consider an Apple MacBook Pro rental from Rentacomputer.com. Not only will you have one of the most popular pieces of technology on the market but also the assurance of going with a company that has over 25 years in the business of computer and laptop rentals.

Rack-Mount Server rentals are ideal if your company needs an extra storage unit for company information while you are testing various types of storage solutions.

Whether you need a short-term rental or a long-term lease, we have the right kind of server for your needs.

All-in-One PC Rentals

All-in-One computers offer a lot of different benefits. First off, they don't require any additional equipment due to the fact that everything you need, hardware-wise, is built directly into the monitor. Technology trends have seen monitor sizes getting thinner and smaller. CTR monitors are no longer in use, so companies have started taking all the components found in a desktop tower and putting them behind an LCD panel. The monitor, CPU, speakers, hard drive and everything else you find in a computer are now neatly packed behind a sleek looking screen.

In addition to being lot neater, All-in-One PCs are also highly portable. There are just some things a desktop computer can do that a laptop cannot, but it is an extreme hassle to try and travel with a desktop, trust me, I know from experience. However, with an All-in-One, traveling is as simple as traveling with a laptop because you only need to take one piece of equipment with you. It is very simple to just unhook your All-in-One from the wall, throw it in a case and take it with you whenever you need to.

However, a lot of people don't like doing that for fear of damaging their device. That is why Rentacomputer.com offers a full line of All-in-One PC Rentals. With Rentacomputer.com you can pick from a plethora of different makes and models of all-in-one devices or completely customize your own with everything you need or want.

All-in-One PC rentals are perfect for anybody who is traveling to a trade show, convention or conference and needs the power of a desktop with some of the portability of a laptop. Rentacomputer.com can deliver your all-in-one PC directly to you at your hotel, convention center or trade show booth. In addition to that, the local tech that delivers your device will set up and test everything to ensure that it is working to your specifications. Once you're done, the tech will come back out, disassemble everything and take it off your hands, leaving all the hassles of logistics up to Rentacomputer.com.

So, the next time you are headed to a convention across the country, or you just need some replacement tech around the office, consider an All-in-One PC Rental from Rentacomputer.com. With offerings like an Apple iMac Rental and local delivery and installation, as well as more than 25 years of experience in the computer and technology rental industry, you know that when you go with Rentacomputer.com you are going with a company you can depend on.
